What this is for​

Use generated PDFs for service reports, quotations, and other operational records where MARC creates a document from saved data.

Who uses it​

Office admins, service engineers, sales engineers, owners, and customers when shared through your process.

Steps​

  1. Open the source record, such as a service ticket or quotation.
  2. Check that the record details are correct.
  3. Click the PDF or report action if available.
  4. Download or view the generated PDF.
  5. Share it according to your organization's process.

To be verified: available PDF actions vary by module and permission.
