The dashboard gives a quick view of active work.

What this is for

Use the dashboard to see important service, sales, and operational counts without opening each module.

Who uses it

Owners, office admins, sales engineers, and service engineers use dashboards based on their workspace.

Steps

1. Log in to MARC.
2. Open Dashboard from the sidebar.
3. Review counts, overdue work, recent records, or assigned tasks.
4. Click a card or link to open the related list.
5. Take action from the record detail page.

Important notes

Dashboard numbers depend on your role, organization, and available modules.

Common mistakes

• Treating dashboard counts as a full report.
• Not refreshing after network issues.
• Comparing dashboards between users with different permissions.
