Logging in

Use the login page given by your organization or trainer.

What this is for​

Login protects your organization data and opens the MARC workspace for your role.

Who uses it​

All MARC web and mobile users.

Steps​

  1. Open your organization login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address.
  3. Click Send login code.
  4. Open the email from MARC and enter the 6 digit code.
  5. Click Verify and sign in.

Important notes​

Your organization is selected before login by the URL. MARC does not ask you to choose a company after login.

Common mistakes​

  • Using another dealer's organization URL.
  • Typing the email with extra spaces.
  • Waiting too long before entering the code. Request a new code if it expires.
  • Trying a mobile-only account on the web workspace if your trainer has not enabled it.
