Understanding organization URLs

Each dealership has its own MARC organization page.

What this is for

The organization URL makes sure you log in to the correct dealership workspace.

Who uses it

All users, especially office admins and trainers who help users sign in.

Steps

1. Ask your admin or trainer for the correct login link.
2. Open that exact link in the browser.
3. Check that the page shows the expected organization branding or name, if configured.
4. Enter your login details.
5. If the page looks wrong, stop and contact your admin.

Important notes

For local training, your trainer may use a demo organization URL. For production, use only the official organization link shared by your dealership.

Common mistakes

• Saving an old bookmark.
• Opening the main app URL without the organization context.
• Sharing one organization's login page with another organization.
