What this is for

MARC keeps daily sales, service, customer, equipment, inventory, document, and notification work in one shared system.

Who uses it

Dealer owners, office admins, service engineers, sales engineers, inventory users, and product trainers use MARC based on their permissions.

Steps

1. Open your organization login page.
2. Log in with your email and password.
3. Use the sidebar to open the module you need.
4. Open a record to view details or take action.
5. Save changes only after checking the selected customer, equipment, engineer, or status.

Important notes

You may not see every module. MARC shows screens and actions based on your role and permissions.

Common mistakes

• Opening the wrong organization URL.
• Looking for an action that your role does not allow.
• Creating work before selecting the correct customer or equipment.
