AMC​

Annual Maintenance Contract. A service coverage contract for a customer.

CMC​

Comprehensive Maintenance Contract. A service coverage contract that may include wider coverage than AMC, based on your dealership process.

Customer​

The hospital, clinic, lab, or organization served by your dealership.

Equipment​

A medical asset installed at a customer site.

PM​

Preventive maintenance. Planned service work done before a breakdown.

Service ticket​

A record for installation, repair, maintenance, or support work.

Stock location​

A place or holder where spare parts are tracked.
