MARC User Guide

MARC, the Medical Asset Relationship Console, helps medical equipment dealers manage sales, service, assets, inventory, and documents in one place.

This help center is for people who use MARC every day, including dealer owners, office admins, service engineers, sales engineers, inventory users, and trainers.

What you can do in MARC​

  • Manage customers, contacts, departments, and installed equipment.
  • Create service tickets and assign engineers.
  • Track preventive maintenance schedules and visits.
  • Manage warranties and AMC/CMC contracts.
  • Track spare parts, locations, stock, and low-stock items.
  • Upload documents and view generated PDFs.
  • Track sales leads, deals, visits, follow-ups, and quotations.
  • Use notifications to stay updated on assigned work.
  • Use the mobile app for field workflows.
