Use locations to track dealership stock and stock assigned to frontline stock holders.

Inventory users, office admins, and owners.
Steps
- Open Inventory.
- Open Locations.
- Create or open a location if permitted.
- Review linked stock records.
- Keep location status updated.
Important notes
MARC inventory is managed at dealership level. Do not create branch or warehouse concepts unless your trainer has configured a matching location process.
Common mistakes
- Creating unclear location names.
- Mixing company stock and engineer-held stock.
- Using inactive locations for new movement.
