Stock movements record changes in part quantity.

What this is for

Use stock movements for receiving, issuing, transferring, adjusting, or consuming spare parts.

Who uses it

Inventory users, service coordinators, and users with stock movement permission.

Steps

1. Open Inventory.
2. Open Stock Movements.
3. Click the movement create action if available.
4. Select spare part, location, movement type, and quantity.
5. Save the movement.

Important notes

Check part and location carefully before saving.

Common mistakes

• Entering quantity with the wrong sign.
• Selecting the wrong location.
• Creating manual movement when ticket part usage should be used.
