Mobile app login

The MARC mobile app supports field workflows.

What this is for​

Use mobile login to access service or sales work on a phone.

Who uses it​

Service engineers and sales engineers whose role is enabled for mobile.

Steps​

  1. Open the MARC mobile app.
  2. Enter or confirm organization details if the app asks.
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Tap Send login code.
  5. Enter the 6 digit code sent to your email.
  6. Tap Verify and sign in.
  7. Open your assigned workspace.

Important notes​

Some roles may see a workspace unavailable screen if mobile access is not enabled for that role.

Common mistakes​

  • Using the wrong organization.
  • Waiting too long before entering the code. Request a new code if it expires.
  • Trying a role that is not enabled on mobile.
  • Logging in with an inactive account.
