Notification preferences control how updates are delivered.

What this is for​

Use preferences to choose in-app, email, and push delivery for notification types.

Who uses it​

Users who can open notification preferences. Trainers and admins may help users set defaults.

Steps​

  1. Open Notifications.
  2. Click Preferences.
  3. Review each notification type.
  4. Turn in-app, email, or push delivery on or off where available.
  5. Save changes if the screen requires it.

Important notes​

Email and push delivery require configured channels. To be verified during deployment.

Common mistakes​

  • Turning off important assignment notifications.
  • Expecting push notifications before mobile push setup is complete.
  • Not checking preferences after a role change.
