Notification bell

The notification bell shows unread operational updates.

What this is for

Use the bell to see new assignments, ticket updates, PM updates, sales updates, and other alerts.

Who uses it

All web users with notification access.

Steps

1. Look at the bell icon in the app header.
2. Check the unread count.
3. Click the bell.
4. Read the notification list.
5. Click a notification to open the related record.

Important notes

Notifications are shown for your user and organization. You should not see another user's private notification list.

Common mistakes

• Expecting notifications for work assigned to someone else.
• Ignoring the unread count.
• Clicking outside the dropdown before reading the list.
