PM schedules define recurring preventive maintenance work for equipment.

What this is for
Use schedules to plan future maintenance visits based on customer equipment.
Who uses it
Office admins, service coordinators, and owners.
Steps
- Open Preventive Maintenance.
- Open Schedules.
- Click Create PM Schedule.
- Select customer, equipment, frequency, dates, and assigned engineer if shown.
- Save the schedule.
Important notes
PM schedules should be created only for equipment that needs recurring service.
Common mistakes
- Creating duplicate schedules for the same equipment.
- Selecting the wrong frequency.
- Missing assigned engineer or start date.
