PDF or logo issues can happen when records are incomplete, branding is not uploaded, or the file is still being generated.

Use this when a generated document is missing information or logo.
Who uses it
Office admins, sales users, service engineers, and owners.
Steps
- Open the source record.
- Check that customer, equipment, notes, and amounts are saved.
- Check organization logo setup if you have permission.
- Generate or download the PDF again.
- Contact support if the problem remains.
Important notes
Old generated PDFs may not update after later record changes.
Common mistakes
- Generating before saving.
- Expecting a logo before it is uploaded.
- Opening an old downloaded PDF.
