AMC/CMC contracts track service coverage agreements.

What this is for​

Use contracts to manage coverage, renewals, billing cadence, and linked equipment.

Who uses it​

Office admins, service coordinators, owners, and sales users involved in renewals.

Steps​

  1. Open AMC/CMC Contracts.
  2. Click Create Contract.
  3. Select customer and contract type.
  4. Add start date, end date, billing cadence, and linked equipment.
  5. Save the contract.

Important notes​

Contract numbers are generated by MARC.

Common mistakes​

  • Linking equipment not covered by the contract.
  • Mixing AMC and CMC contract types.
  • Missing renewal dates.
